Great Actress Jennifer Garner was born on April 17, 1972, in Houston, Texas, but her family relocated to Charleston, West Virginia. Her family was conservative so makeup and earrings were prohibited. As a child, Jennifer took ballerina lessons, practicing for up to six hours a day. After graduating from George Washington High School in Charleston, she enrolled in a theater program at Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Jennifer graduated from Denison in 1994. After graduation, she moved to New York.
