Great Actress Hilary Swank was born on July 30, 1974, in Lincoln, Nebraska, but grew up in Bellingham, Washington. As a child, she swam in the Junior Olympics and state championships, and ranked fifth in her state for gymnastics. She moved to Los Angeles with her divorced mother, Judy, at the age of 16.
