Great Actress Courteney Bass Cox was born on June 15, 1964, in Birmingham, Alabama. She went to a public school in Birmingham called Mountain Brook High, and worked afternoons at the local pool supply store. She graduated from high school in 1982, and began to study architecture at Mt. Vernon College in Washington. The year befor she was finished with college, she met Ian Copeland, her stepfather's nephew. Together they worked for a New York City music agent. Even though he was fifteen years older than Courteney, a romance formed between them. Ian whanted great babe Courteney to persue her dream to start modeling, but he also asked her to try acting.
